Battle Royale is Infinity Ward's main focus right now. The game has gone gold and multiplayer is pretty much done.

It's looking like it won't be announced until after launch closer to it being ready.
Projected release is around the end of January.

Once Battle Royale releases, those items will be available in supply drops, but not until then.
The Battle Pass may come to multiplayer too but it's not at the moment.
